Atmus Filtration Technologies provides engineering experiences for students across a wide range of engineering disciplines and STEM aligned degree programs. Co-op roles are typically project based and the student will gain a broad range of experiences and will grow as both a person and a professional. We are looking for a student pursuing a master's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering to support current projects in prototype builds and DVPR testing at our Cookeville, TN location.
This role is 100% onsite and requires a 12-month commitment.

Responsibilities- Product Design / Development / Validation
- New Product Development, Current Product Support or Validation/Verification planning for filtration & separation systems - Customer Engineering
- Application & Customer support, Issue Resolution - Test Engineering – Development of new laboratory equipment, procedures, and test methods
- Reliability
- Product Development Risk Assessment & Failure Analysis
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering graduate degree program and in good standing, specifically Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Co-Op program criteria:
- Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a graduate degree. (Mechanical/Industrial)
- Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred.
- Must be able to complete a 12-months commitment, no exceptions.
- Must be able to complete 40 hours per week and onsite 100%
- Willingness to learn from others on the job.
