• Collect payment on Parts and Service invoices
• Receipt cash/check payments
• Process credit card payments/refunds
• Enter payment information to close invoices
• Run and reconcile reports for daily deposits
• Answer incoming calls from switchboard
• Always be courteous and helpful to customers and fellow employees
• Other office duties as needed or requested

• High school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of math/accounting preferred
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations
• 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
