Relationship Banker

Role: The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor who engages clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions.

• Proactively engage clients to identify and fulfill deposit, loan, and referral opportunities, promoting bank products and services.
• Provide client-centric financial advice aligned with short- and long-term goals, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client relationships by conducting regular outreach and making referrals to other banking lines.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues promptly, and support operational efficiency including assisting with transactions and compliance tasks.
• Assist in training new associates and participate in meetings to promote sales and product knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, risk management, and internal controls.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, sales, and client service skills, with ability to perform moderately complex tasks.

This role requires compliance with banking regulations, background checks, and ongoing training to ensure operational and regulatory adherence.
