Role Overview: The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively promote and sell banking products such as deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit, while identifying opportunities for referrals to other banking services.
- Provide personalized financial advice to deepen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects, supporting sales and business growth.
- Support client experience by delivering excellent service, minimizing wait times, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in operational tasks, including compliance with regulations, risk management, and training new associates.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, with 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is preferred. Ability to perform complex tasks, adhere to policies, and maintain compliance with industry regulations is essential.
