Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician in Cookeville, TN to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting and client-facing support. You will address technical issues and respond promptly to service calls from designated clients.
Responsibilities include handling calls within SLAs, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring asset control and timely parts turnaround. Occasional long-distance travel and overnight assignments may be required.
