• Perform application configuration management, application development, and technical support for Ellucian Banner, Oracle Fusion, and third-party systems as assigned.
• Analyze business processes and make relevant recommendations for improvement.
• Build reports, forms, analytic dashboards, and automation to streamline business processes, improving efficiency and data accessibility.
• Analyze user-reported problems and issues and provide resolutions or develop solutions as needed.
• Act as the liaison between functional users and vendors to resolve technical issues when internal solutions are not available.
• Develop and support unit testing, ensuring the integrity of the systems.
• Provide timely status reports to functional users and management regarding project progress.
• Participate in planning sessions for implementing system upgrades or adding new features.

Typical hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Additional hours as needed.

Level P2, Grade 12.
