General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join a fast‑paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position involves supporting daily operations by performing a variety of general labor tasks to help maintain production, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑conscious, and willing to work in a team‑oriented environment.

First, Second, and Third shifts available. Schedule based on business needs. Whether you have previous manufacturing or warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career, we encourage you to apply.

• Perform a variety of general labor duties as assigned.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, sorting, or production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Assist team members with production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.
• Lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Perform repetitive movements using hands, arms, and shoulders.
• Work in manufacturing or warehouse environments with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
