• Day Shift: Starting at $16.30/hr - $20.08/hr depending on years of manufacturing experience
• Night shift differential $1.50/hr
• New Hire Bonus: $500
• Schedule:
  
  12‑hour rotating shifts in a clean, climate‑controlled environment

• Rotating schedule:
  Work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then flip the schedule weekly.

• We value applicants with a proven track record of reliability and steady employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related work is a plus.
• Reliable, self‑motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
• Team players who enjoy a fast‑paced, hands‑on role.
