Manufacturing Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in the Cookeville, TN area.

• Improve manufacturing efficiency through process optimization and Lean initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing.
• Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Specify, source, and implement manufacturing tooling and equipment.
• Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support new product launches and production ramp-ups.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related
• 2+ years of Manufacturing, Process, Industrial or similar Engineering experience
• Strong process improvement and data analysis skills
• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is not able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa now or in the future.
