Assembly Associate

Job Description

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Assembly Workers to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components according to established procedures and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products, parts, or components according to instructions and specifications.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as required.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production and quality goals.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report any quality issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic ability to use hand tools.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
