This position is responsible for providing nursing care utilizing the nursing process within an assigned unit; observes, assesses, treats and cares for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process. Oversees the work of non-licensed personnel.
Additional Education RequirementsGraduate of a school of practical Nursing or higher education.
Licensed Practical Nurse license and BLS Healthcare Provider required.
Additional Experience RequirementsExperience of at least 6 months in a physician’s office setting or 2 years experience in direct patient care at a medical facility.
