What You’ll Do

Provide antepartum care across all trimesters and manage high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with MDs
Conduct well-woman exams and preventive gynecological care
Offer contraceptive counseling and management
Coordinate patient care alongside OBGYNs, CNMs, and social workers
Document patient interactions using Athena EMR and AI Scribe support
Manage an average of 21-23 patients per shift
Flex to support travel needs and cross-coverage requirements as needed

What You Need
Required:

Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Active Tennessee Medical License
Active TN DEA
Women’s health background including prenatal and well-woman care
Contraceptive management expertise

Preferred:

Experience with high-risk obstetrics
Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
Comfort working with Athena EMR

This assignment takes place at a leading facility in Cookeville, TN, focusing on comprehensive women’s health services including prenatal and well-woman care. The provider will work Monday through Friday or four-day schedules, supporting women across all trimesters and providing preventive care. Travel is required to a nearby location, with all travel costs covered.
