American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN with 2+ years of experience and TN or compact RN licensure for a day shift assignment including inpatient oncology patients.
Details- Medical Surgical unit in a short-term acute care hospital with 232 staffed beds
- Includes inpatient oncology patients
- Patient ratio of 1:5-6
- Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM-7:00 PM)
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating required within scope, but never exceeding ratio of 1:5-6
- Uses Paragon charting system
- Active TN or compact RN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg and inpatient oncology patients
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- RTO restrictions handled on a case-by-case basis
- Local candidates not accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Royal blue scrub color required
