Landscape Crew Lead
Pay: $20.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable and experienced Landscape Crew Lead to oversee daily landscaping projects and lead a small team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working outdoors, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise landscaping crew members
- Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and general grounds maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate with clients as needed on job sites
- Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Previous landscaping experience required
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
