• Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly, provide outstanding service, and maintain a guest‑ready atmosphere in the dining area.
• Menu Knowledge: Be well‑versed in all menu items and able to answer guest questions confidently.

  Attend mandatory meetings and hotel functions; work closely with the function group leader to finalize service arrangements.
• Multitasking: Balance service, preparation, and guest interactions while managing time effectively.
• Positive Energy: Create a welcoming environment where guests and team members feel valued.

• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, and bartending experience preferred. Serving experience with strong bar knowledge is also acceptable.
• Skills: Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines, excellent communication in English (bilingual a plus).
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays to meet hotel demands.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation and punctuality.
• Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
