Picker​/Packer

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Picker/Packers (Warehouse Associates) to join a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• First, Second, and Third Shifts Available
• Schedule based on business needs

• Pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Accurately pack products to ensure safe shipment.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Label, sort, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipping.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting damaged or missing products.
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment, if trained.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily production, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Previous warehouse, picker/packer, shipping, receiving, distribution, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand and walk for extended periods; frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the workday; lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; perform repetitive hand and arm movements; work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
