Logistics Supervisor

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a manufacturer in the Cookeville area to find a full-time Logistics Supervisor.

** Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.

+ Ensuring orders are correct, complete, and shipped on schedule

+ Guiding and supporting team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals

+ Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement

+ Keeping inventory and material flow organized and accurate

+ Enforcing safety standards and handling incident reporting

+ Providing training to employees and supporting continuous improvement efforts

+ Managing staffing, scheduling, and overtime

+ All other tasks as necessary

* Qualifications:

*
* + 3+ years of experience leading warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution or similar

+ Knowledge of inventory control and material flow

+ Experience working with ERP or warehouse systems and Microsoft Office

** Pay Details:**  $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
