Solterra Materials is seeking a Groundman to perform a variety of on-site tasks in asphalt projects. You will operate heavy equipment and hand tools, assist the crew, and help maintain a safe, efficient work site.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and up to a year of related experience. A valid driver's license, clean MVR, and pre-employment screening are required. This is a full-time, safety-sensitive role with strong teamwork expectations.
