Substitute Teacher
Provide instruction to students based on lesson plans in the absence of classroom teacher. Applicant should be able to improvise as needed and provide attendance information via computer utilizing attendance program. Qualifications and online application requirements:
* Applicants must hold an Arizona Teaching Certificate or Substitute Teaching Certificate,
* IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card,
* 3 letters of recommendation and
* Copies of transcripts.
Salary Schedule for Substitutes Based on Certificate Held:
Emergency Substitute Certificate: $120.00/full day $60.00/half day
Substitute Certificate: $130.00/full day $65.00/half day
Long Term (21st day) and Retired Teacher: $140.00/full day $70.00/half day
Specialized Substitute: $160.00/full day $80.00/half day
