Educator Position
Educate students through planning and delivering instruction. Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Enforce the course of study, use of adopted textbooks, rules and regulations prescribed for schools
- Develop lesson plans that address the Arizona Academic Standards
- Monitor and assess student mastery of the Arizona Academic Standards
- Maintain student confidentiality
- Keep parents informed of student progress
- Adjust instruction to meet individual differences and specific IEP objectives
- Work with colleagues and ancillary personnel develop student programs
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities and district in-service sessions
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts Degree, minimum
- Valid Az. Dept of Education Certificate with appropriate endorsement for specific area if applicable:
Reading Endorsement Required. - Transcripts, and
- Valid AZ. Fingerprint Clearance Card
