Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful Completion of the Paraprofessional Test or 60 College Credit Hours
• Associates Degree from an Accredited College
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Ability to work with students at various educational levels
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to effectively communicate with students and employees
• Ability to promote good Customer Service
• Under supervision of the teacher, works with small groups of students to reinforce material initially introduced by the teacher
• Participates in in-service training programs, as assigned
• Performs various duties to ensure the safety of students is always maintained at the school site
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Reports To: Teacher and Site Principal

Application Requirements: The following documentation must be attached at time of submission of online application:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful Completion of the Paraprofessional Test or 60 College Credit Hours above high school diploma or Associates Degree from an Accredited College
• Three Letters of Recommendation, preferably from previous employers or supervisors (do not include letters from relatives/family members)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• First Aid/CPR or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Starting salary is dependent upon experience.
