• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of the Paraprofessional Test or 60 College Credit Hours
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Ability to work with students at various educational levels
• Ability to work independently
• Effective communication with students and employees
• Promote good customer service

• Under supervision of the teacher, works with small groups of students to reinforce material initially introduced by the teacher
• Participates in in-service training programs, as assigned
• Performs various duties to ensure the safety of students is always maintained at the school site
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Reports to the teacher and site principal

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of the Paraprofessional Test or 60 College Credit Hours or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
• Three letters of recommendation (not from family members)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
