Bright Innovation Labs in Coolidge, AZ seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to learn and support the processing of raw materials for personal care products. You will work under supervision to mix, compound, test, and adjust ingredients to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate with the Compo under Trainer and staff, follow GMP and SOP, and handle materials while maintaining accurate records. Training in equipment setup and documentation will be provided.
