Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Coolidge, AZ (85128) area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

• Leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations, and administrative projects (and other duties as assigned).

• Prior Apartment Leasing Consultant experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in-person sales skills.
• Motivated and hard-working.
• Above-average computer skills including Yardi, Entrata, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong sales and customer service skills.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
