Patrick Riley Cooling is seeking an Electrical Field Manager to lead our residential HVAC electrical operations across the greater Phoenix area. In this role, you'll supervise field electricians, plan and schedule daily work, and ensure all installations, repairs, and upgrades meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards. You'll perform advanced troubleshooting, support complex residential HVAC and air quality projects, and train and mentor technicians.

This field-based position requires strong leadership, clear communication with homeowners and coworkers, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer-first service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical technicians on residential HVAC installation and service projects
  • Plan, schedule, and assign daily electrical field work to meet project timelines
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and quality checks on HVAC-related electrical systems
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field electricians and apprentices
  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and HVAC teams to resolve job-site issues
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding work scope, findings, and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, materials usage, and service reports
  • Monitor tool, equipment, and material needs for electrical projects
  • Support continuous improvement in field processes and customer satisfaction
