Responsibilities
The Accounts Receivable Specialist assists showrooms with managing the AR process of customer accounts. Necessary tasks Include:
- Applying credits and processing customer refunds
- Identifying, monitoring and collecting outstanding balances on customer accounts
- Assist with processing customer payments
- Generating account statements
- Communicate with both internal and external customers via phone, email and mail
- Maintain accurate and thorough records
- Assists the Accounting Department with year end audit
- Other duties as assigned

- Full-time, weekdays, flexible schedule

Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Experience: Entry level position. Six months office experience preferred.
Physical Demands: Low physical demands required. The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
