As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data‑driven solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. You will gather, interpret, and present data insights, collaborate cross‑functionally, and support system and process improvements to help achieve business objectives. This role plays a key part in connecting data, systems, and teams to drive informed decision‑making.

This position is on‑site at our Coon Rapids location. The pay scale for this role is $75,000–$90,000 annually.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and performance
• Utilize data to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision‑making across departments
• Maintain and enhance CRM and ERP systems, including pricing updates
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects, requirements gathering, and system implementations

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst preferred
• Experience with operations excellence or continuous improvement is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong emphasis on Power BI
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable
