Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive (Nationwide) to join our team in the mechanical construction industry. As a Project Executive, you will be an integral part of our operations, overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of our construction projects. You will manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
This role requires a high level of strategic planning, team leadership, and risk management skills. If you are a proactive individual with a strong background in the construction industry and a passion for project management, we would love to hear from you.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
- Allocate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout.
- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring that all team members perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure safety standards are met.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- OSHA 30 (a plus)
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building & construction industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Ability to read and comprehend construction documents
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles
- Construction Project Management experience
- Business administration and management principles including company operations and financials, customer relations, business development and project sales strategies, and legal aspects of the construction industry.
