Site Supervisor
Results Contracting is a roofing and exterior contractor hiring for a Construction Site Supervisor (Midwest). Supervisors oversee exterior construction projects—roofing, siding, gutters— from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, code‑compliant, and that all materials are installed per manufacturer instructions. This is a travel position requiring out‑of‑town stays of 4‑5 weekday nights with home time on weekends. The role supports 11 offices servicing 8 Midwest states.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise construction activities: monitor progress to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Ensure safety compliance: implement and enforce safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage personnel: supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Coordinate resources: manage materials, equipment, and other resources to support project progress.
- Maintain quality control: ensure work meets established standards and address any defects or issues.
- Communicate and report: keep production managers and director informed with regular updates, and provide strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Problem‑solve: identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Construction knowledge: strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques; experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and windows preferred.
- Supervisory experience: prior role in supervision or management within the construction industry; leadership skills required.
- Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication.
- Problem‑solving skills: ability to identify and resolve issues quickly; safety knowledge and OSHA training provided.
- Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; basic computer skills.
- Education:
a degree in construction management or a related field preferred; on‑the‑job experience will be considered.

Typical schedule is Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM. Overtime may be required during busy construction seasons.
Requirements- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to lift heavy shingle bundles and other construction materials in and out of a truck.
- Physical ability to safely climb ladders and inspect roofs.
- Honest, ethical, and positive attitude.
