Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Results Contracting is a Roofing and exterior contractor hiring for a Construction Site Supervisor (Midwest). Supervisors are responsible for overseeing exterior construction projects, typically roofing, siding and gutters from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, building code compliant and ensuring all materials are installed per manufacturer instructions. This role involves pre build inspections, managing and coordinating on‑site activities, supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and completing post construction inspections and material pick up and returns.
This is a Travel Position that would require out of town stays 4-5 weekday nights, home on the weekends. We have 11 offices servicing 8 Midwest States.
- Supervising Construction
Activities:
Monitoring the progress of construction work, ensuring it aligns with project specifications. - Ensuring Safety Compliance:
Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a safe working environment. - Managing Personnel:
Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance. - Coordinating Resources:
Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to support the project's progress. - Maintaining Quality Control:
Ensuring the quality of work meets established standards and addressing any defects or issues. - Communication and Reporting:
Communicating with the production managers and director providing regular updates on project status. Strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills. - Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Construction Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Experience with roofing, siding, gutters and windows preferred. - Supervisory
Experience:
Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the construction industry. Leadership
Skills:
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Problem‑Solving
Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Safety Knowledge:
In‑depth understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices. OSHA Training provided. - Organizational

Familiarity with basic computer skills. - Education:
A degree in construction management or a related field experience preferred or on the job experience will be required.

Working hours typically M-F, 7AM-5:00 PM weekly. However due to the nature of work and variable nature of the industry, performance in this role may require working longer overtime hours during the busy construction season as needed.
Requirements:- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to Pass a Background Check
- The Ability to lift heavy shingle bundles and other construction materials in and out of a truck.
- The Ability to safely climb and ladder and inspect roofs
