Customer Experience Representative Associate

Job Summary

Allina Health is a not‑for‑profit health system that cares for individuals, families and communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This Customer Experience Call Center position supports Allina Health by helping patients and family members navigate care.

Location:

8880 Evergreen Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN.

Work hours:

8‑hour day/evening shifts on a 40‑hour week, with occasional weekend rotation.

• Provide patient access to system‑wide services and perform basic scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service.
• Listen actively to identify customer needs and assist patients, clinical professionals, and the general public with access to health care services.
• Maintain accurate and complete data entries, following registration processes.
• Operate a multi‑phone system, use electronic medical records, and digital platform tools as required.
• Assist with system‑wide navigation, paging services, and creation of telephone and triage encounters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Education and/or experience as required for functional competencies.

• Associate's or Vocational degree.
• Experience in a health care setting.
• Experience with Healthcare Scheduling.
• Experience with Customer Service.

Mostly sedentary work. Occasionally lift weight up to 10 lbs.

$20.79 to $28.31 per hour, depending on experience, education, and shift differentials.
