Dental Kidds is looking to add a Pediatric Dentist to step into a well-established and respected dental practice. We have four clinics located in Minnesota and Wisconsin and provide the highest dental care to our young patients while creating a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities- Examine and diagnose dental conditions in children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform preventive treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and cleanings.
- Conduct restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and other dental work.
- Communicate effectively with children and their families to educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Employ behavior management techniques to ensure a positive dental experience for children.
- Address and alleviate any dental anxieties or fears.
- Utilize specialized dental tools and equipment tailored for pediatric care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage appointment schedules and follow‑up care.
- Stay current with advances in pediatric dentistry through continuous education and training.
- Adhere to best practices and ethical standards in pediatric dental care.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a pediatric dental residency program.
- State dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with children.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and caregivers.
- Proficiency in using dental software and equipment.
$200,000 – $450,000 per year.
