Dental Hygienist
ResponsibilitiesProvide patient-centered dental hygiene care, perform screenings, assist with education and preventive treatments, utilize modern clinical resources, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications & SkillsValid dental hygienist license in Minnesota, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, knowledge of dental procedures, and experience with digital tools (preferred). Both experienced and new graduates are welcome.
Key DutiesDeliver clinical autonomy, support patient relationship building, participate in mentorship and CE opportunities, and contribute to a growing practice with a focus on quality care.

Physical & Other RequirementsAbility to perform essential duties, lift up to 45 pounds, sit/stand for extended periods, and attend periodic training. TB testing required for safety compliance.
