Required Skills Proven proficiency in cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures, including CABG, valve repairs/replacements, TAVR, lead extractions, and congenital heart surgeries Exceptional skills in managing complex cases such as aortic aneurysms, dissections, atrial fibrillation surgeries, and minimally invasive techniques Adept at working within fast-paced, high-pressure environments Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, overnight call, and clinic hours Nice to Have Skills

Experience with robotic or minimally invasive cardiac surgeries Familiarity with heart failure management and LVAD procedures Additional training in structural heart interventions Competence in handling emergent trauma-related cardiovascular cases Preferred

Education and Experience Current MD or DO certification with valid state licensure or IMLC recognition Prior experience in trauma centers or high-volume cardiac surgery units Minimum of 3 5 years of relevant surgical practice preferred Other Requirements Must submit a complete application package Able to work in a Level II Trauma setting with ready access to emergency and elective surgeries Willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Life Support (ATLS) desired Travel or relocation expenses reimbursed when applicable This is a exceptional opportunity to be part of a renowned team committed to excellence in cardiovascular care.
