-Time 80 days/year; 8 hours/day (All staff are required to work at least one evening per week)

• Prepare for and conduct from one to eleven classes per week depending on position.
• Facilitate group, individual and classroom activities for ECFE classes.
• Participate in staff meetings and staff development training as required by the supervisor.
• Maintain participant records.
• Work at least one evening per week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May include working at multiple locations as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree and current Minnesota licensure in Parent Education.
• Demonstrated ability to work with parents and children, ages birth to five, one on one or in groups.
• Knowledge of family systems, adult, and child development.
• Group facilitator skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day.
• Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions and people functions.
