360 is supporting an established medical-device manufacturer in the search for a Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer.
This is a genuinely hands-on role leading the development, industrialisation and optimisation of metal additive manufacturing processes for orthopedic implants and other regulated medical products.
You’ll take ownership across the full product lifecycle—from early R&D and DfAM through process validation, manufacturing scale-up and commercial production.
We’re looking for someone with:- 7+ years of additive manufacturing and medical-device engineering experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of L-PBF and EB-PBF systems
- Experience developing orthopedic implants or regulated medical products
- Process validation, scale-up and production support expertise
- Knowledge of AM materials, microstructures and post-processing
- CAD and AM preparation software experience
- Experience with lattice structures, ASTM F3001, ISO 13485 and Colibrium Spectra M equipment would be particularly valuable.
