About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving Lexington Manufacturing’s success by providing accurate, insightful cost and margin analysis. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to evaluate gross margins, analyze standard costs, investigate variances, and support inventory accuracy. You will assist with budgeting and forecasting, monitor key KPIs, and deliver recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Your work will directly support leadership and operations teams, helping guide decisions that strengthen performance across the organization. This is a full‑time, on‑site position out of our Coon Rapids, MN location.

Educational Background and

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of financial analysis or cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong understanding of COGS, cost standards, inventory processes, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to investigate variances and explain cost drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and experience with ERP Systems is required.
