The Case Aide-Community Services helps clients to obtain and maintain eligibility for Economic Assistance programs and assists Eligibility Specialists complete some of the functions needed for case maintenance.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE- Paid work experience or training in support or administration of public assistance programs such as emergency assistance
- Paid work experience providing customer service in a high volume setting
- Paid work experience working with private and/or confidential client information
- Associates degree or higher in behavioral sciences, human services, accounting, math or business
Your training and experience will be rated based on the required application material submitted and the top scoring candidates will be forwarded to the hiring department for further consideration.
HOURS / DAYS8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Work schedules (hours and days) and location are subject to change based on department needs.
$25.51 Hourly

The Case Aide-Community Services helps clients to obtain and maintain eligibility for social services and assists other professional staff in maintaining compliance with program requirements, and process financial transactions. Duties may vary depending on assigned program area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThis position requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and three years (full time equivalent) of employment in a general office support position in a professional office setting; or, completion of an office support certificate/degree program and two years (full time equivalent) of employment in a general office support position in a professional office setting.
