Mains’ Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals in their homes and communities, living their best lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll gain valuable skills, hands‑on experience, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

• $17.00/hour – $19.00/hour based on level of support
• Full‑time and part‑time options available

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same—but your impact is clear.

• Provide person‑centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching, and skill‑building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care and daily activities

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS
