Employbridge is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Branch Recruiter (not remote or hybrid) to join our Resource MFG team in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants, and refer qualified talent to job assignments to meet staffing goals.
You will develop creative sourcing plans, write compelling job postings, manage candidate pipelines, and participate in the full interview process. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
