Human Resources Information System Analyst

BCforward is seeking a System Analyst - HR to support global HR technology, with a primary focus on Time & Attendance, Workforce/Production Scheduling, HR system configuration, integrations, and production support
.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) or HR applications, particularly Indeavor or similar scheduling platforms
, and be comfortable gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, testing changes, and supporting systems in production.

• Support global HR systems, processes, data, and technology projects
  , with a focus on plant shift scheduling.
• Provide day-to-day operational and production support for HR systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Time & Attendance and Scheduling applications
  .
• Utilize Indeavor or comparable WFM/scheduling platforms to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology opportunities.
• Support initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization.
• Create test scripts, execute testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system and process changes.
• Work with third-party vendors and contractors on system enhancements and projects.
• Communicate system and process changes to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

• 3+ years of experience supporting and delivering complex IT solutions
  ; 5+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Time & Attendance and Workforce/Production Scheduling applications.
• Experience with Indeavor or comparable platforms

• Understanding of integrations between Time & Attendance and Scheduling systems
  .
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into clear specifications.
• Experience with system configuration, analysis, design, testing, and production support
  .
• Experience supporting system stabilization and ongoing production operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field preferred.
