Mechanical Assembler

Overview

Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a lead mechanical assembler on the 2nd shift! We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead, train, and support assembly workers while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.

Location: Coon Rapids, MN

Wage: $24.25+/hr. Depending on experience

Hours: 3:30 pm – 2 am, Monday
-Thursday

• Lead and train employees in all assembly stations
• Follow assembly instructions and blueprints
• Measure, fit, adjust, and install parts and components
• Use hand and power tools to assemble machine models
• Operate and tend assembling equipment
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Move and handle materials using manual and electric pallet jacks
• Maintain accurate paperwork and production records

• Over one year of cross-functional mechanical assembly experience
• Strong blueprint reading/understanding
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Able to lift 70+ lbs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
