• Perform preventative maintenance, inspection and repair of equipment per Preventive Maintenance Schedule in MRP System (wIntegrate).
• Serve as ISO Process Owner for Maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspection and repair of facilities per Preventive Maintenance Schedule in MRP System (wIntegrate). Maintain and upgrade equipment used in building and repair of tools.
• Assist in the coordination activities of outside vendor production equipment and facility service contracts.
• Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems such as electrical, plumbing.
• Clean and assist with upkeep of the facilities.
• Perform limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks.
• Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Train production employees on preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Communicate relevant or potential issues to Production Managers & Supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or vocational degree preferred.
• Related experience 5 years minimum with 10 or more preferred.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical installation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask.
