2nd Shift Swiss Machinist - Coon Rapids

Swiss CNC Machinist

Support the manufacture of medical device components and devices by operating Swiss CNC machines, performing inspections, and maintaining machine performance.

2nd Shift – 3:30 pm to 3:30 am.

Sign‑On Bonus Available: $1,000–$10,000 depending on experience.

• Operate Swiss CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspections on completed parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Swiss CNC machines.
• Complete tool changes.

• Operator experience with Swiss CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferably in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, and pressure micrometer.

• Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments.
• Previous experience with tight tolerances.
• Programming experience with Swiss CNC machines.
• Experience setting up Swiss CNC machines.
• Experience troubleshooting Swiss CNC machines.

USD $21.20 – $40.67 per hour.
