Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to champion operational excellence at our Minnesota plant. You will develop and deploy a comprehensive CI program, lead Lean initiatives, and partner with teams to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service.
You will train staff, run Kaizen events, track KPIs, and drive sustained improvements through 6S, MDI, Standard Work, and TPM. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CI in manufacturing.
