rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, seeks a Machine Maintenance Cell Lead to coordinate, monitor, and guide a cellular team in a manufacturing setting. 1st shift hours are 6:30am to 4:00pm, with duties spanning maintenance scheduling, material readiness, quality adherence, and cross-functional collaboration.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of manufacturing experience, and strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities. ISO/FDA awareness is preferred.
