Cell Lead position is Eligible for a $3/hour cell lead premium.Responsibilities Cell Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate employees, equipment, and materials/supplies to have continuous and efficient production
- Ensure orders are completed on time and meet the quality standards
- Train and develop personnel
- Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures
Position Requirements
- Knowledge of industry, machinery, equipment, and processes
- Previous experience managing internal relationships and team facilitation
- Scheduling experience in manufacturing
