Set up and operate manual, CNC, or hydraulic tube bending machinery to bend metal tubing to exact print specifications;
Select, install, and adjust tooling, dies, mandrels, gauges, and fixtures;
Inspect finished tubing assemblies using precision measuring tools to verify bend angles and geometric tolerances;
Identify non-conforming materials, execute basic machine troubleshooting, and complete daily production logs;
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, reach, and grasp continuously throughout shift
