Job Title: RN Visit Nurse – Home Health, 1:1 Care + $4K Bonus

Schedule: Full-Time with On-Call and Weekend Rotation

Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 per year plus $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Experience in home health, med-surg, clinic, rehab, or hospital nursing
  .
• Strong clinical judgment and independence.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role
