Job Summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This role is within the Mercy CV/EP Lab at 4050 Coon Rapids Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN .

• Tier 1:
  Previous Cath Lab experience (within 4 years)
• Tier 2:
  Previous CV/EP Lab experience (within 5-7 years) or Recent ICU experience (within 2 years)
• 0.625 FTE (50 hours per two‑week period)
• 10‑hour day/evening shifts
• Every 5th weekend (subject to change)
• Scheduled call required; on‑call one to two nights per four‑week schedule

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, developing and adjusting care plans, maintaining education and competency, integrating evidence‑based practice, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. Supplemental roles include Charge Nurse and Preceptor when acting in those capacities.

• Associate's or Vocational degree
• 0 to 2 years critical care RN experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 0 to 2 years perianesthesia experience

• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN required if working in MN; WI required if working in WI
• Must meet at least one:
  Current BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Allina in‑house)
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 – required after orientation
• PALS – preferred
• CPAN or CAPA – preferred

• Medium work: lift up to 32 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently

Pay Range: $42.92 to $71.47 per hour. Actual rate depends on experience, education, union agreement, shift differentials, and other factors.
